These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software application Mastermind - ROK Helper (the "Software") and the online licensing service available at rokmastermind.com and its subdomains (the "Service").
The Service is operated by a natural person conducting business activity in Poland under the trade name ALLCOMP, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6782845831, Statistical Number (REGON): 356356652, registered address: ul. Czarnogórska 18/43, 30-683 Kraków, Poland ("we", "us", "our").
"You" or "User" means any natural person who registers an account or uses the Software. By registering, activating a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Software operates on data that already exists on the user's device. We do not intercept, modify, or communicate with the game Rise of Kingdoms or its servers. See section 8 (Disclaimer) for details.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the Software. This threshold reflects Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Account creation requires authentication via Discord OAuth. You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord credentials.
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent license limits, evade a ban, or otherwise abuse the Service is prohibited.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees (where the license is not free), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of computers ("activations") permitted by the license type you purchase.
Each activation is bound to a specific computer through a hardware fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash derived from stable hardware identifiers). You may remove an old activation and activate on a new computer through the user panel at any time, subject to fair-use limits.
Licenses are issued for the duration stated at the time of purchase (e.g. 30 days, 365 days, or lifetime). At the end of the term, the license automatically expires and the Software becomes locked until a new license is activated.
We may offer free licenses for testing or promotional purposes. Free licenses may be revoked or modified at any time without prior notice.
Prices for paid licenses are shown in the shop at the time of purchase. Payment may be processed by us directly or by third-party payment processors acting as merchants of record. In the latter case, that processor's terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Because a license is a digital service delivered immediately upon activation, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the activation code is issued or the Software is activated on your device (Art. 38 pt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us at support@rokmastermind.com is grounds for immediate termination of your account and all associated licenses.

The Software, the Service, all associated source code, binaries, graphics, documentation, and content on rokmastermind.com are the intellectual property of ALLCOMP and are protected by Polish and international copyright law. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license set out in section 4.
Rise of Kingdoms is a trademark of Lilith Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lilith Games. All in-game names, commanders, and terminology are used purely for interoperability and descriptive purposes. Some visual assets used within or displayed alongside the Software (such as commander portraits, item icons, or in-game graphics) may be the property of Lilith Games or its licensors and are reproduced solely for descriptive and interoperability purposes.
The Software analyses battle report files that Rise of Kingdoms writes to the local file system of the user's device. The Software does not intercept network traffic, modify the game client, communicate with Lilith Games servers, or provide any in-game advantage that could not be obtained by manually reading those same files. Use of the Software is at the user's own risk with respect to the game's terms of service.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PLN 100, whichever is greater.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (in particular, liability toward consumers under the Polish Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act is not reduced below the mandatory minimum).
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by writing to support@rokmastermind.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke any active licenses if you materially breach these Terms, in particular section 6 (Acceptable Use) or section 5.3 (Chargebacks). Where possible, we will notify you before taking action.
Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately, all active licenses are revoked, and the Software will become locked on your devices. Provisions that by their nature should survive (sections 7, 8, 9, 11) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the common courts competent for the seat of ALLCOMP (Kraków, Poland), unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant the User the right to bring proceedings before a different court (in which case those rules prevail).
Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email to the address associated with your account and/or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date and request a pro-rata refund for any unused paid subscription period.
